■ How to Register
- Registration for full course is available on the website beforehand(https://www.snuentian.org/) (by April 6, 2025)
* Registration for Cadaver dissection is on a first-come-first-served basis, and may be closed early.

■ Payment Method
You can check the payment status of your registration on ‘Confirmation’.
Fees can be paid using one of the following options:

1) Credit Card

  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
    (Payment by credit card is not available for on-site registration.)
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.

2) Bank Wire Transfer

■ Registration Confirmation
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
- Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at 52550@snuh.org

※ Registration Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation of registration can be processed by e-mail (52550@snuh.org) before April 6 (Sun.), 2025.
- Please inform us of your bank account for the refund.
- Cancellation made after April 6 will not be reimbursed.

■ Registration Fee (Overseas Registration)
The registration fee does not include accommodation expenses.

* Cadaver Dissetion은 선착순 등록으로 조기에 마감될 수 있습니다.
- 등록 취소를 희망하시는 분은 사전등록 마감일 전(25.04.06.일)까지 이메일(52550@snuh.org)로 연락하여 주시기 바랍니다. (이후 등록비 환불 불가)

■ 평점 (CME Credit for Korean Participants)
ESS Workshop 평점인정기준 안내
평점 인정 기준을 아래와 같이 안내 드리오니 참고 부탁드리며, 누락 후 사후 반영은 불가하오니 미리 숙지해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 평점안내(예정)
- 대한의사협회(전문의) : 5점
- 대한이비인후과학회(전공의) : 1.5점
* 평점은 4월 18일(금), 1일만 인정됩니다.

2. 평점 인정 기준
1) 대한의사협회(전문의)
교육일정 당일 자동출결관리시스템에 참석자의 입실 시 시간과 퇴실 시 시간이 존재(바코드로 출결관리)해야 평점 부여 가능하며, 참석자가 체류한 시간에 따라 평점이 달리 부여됩니다.

이수시간 인정평점
1시간 미만 평점 인정 불가
1시간 이상-2시간 미만 1평점
2시간 이상-3시간 미만 2평점
3시간 이상-4시간 미만 3평점
4시간 이상-5시간 미만 4평점
5시간 이상-6시간 미만 5평점
6시간 이상 6평점

2) 대한이비인후과학회(전공의)
교육일정 당일 자동출결관리시스템에 시작 전, 후로 접촉(바코드)이 필요하며, 전체 교육내용의 70% 이상을 수강하는 경우에만 평점 인정됩니다.

■ 추가 안내 및 주의 사항
- 강의 중 캠코더 및 카메라 촬영 등 불가합니다.
- 무료주차는 사전 등록자분들만 가능합니다. (주차권 발급 불가 및 당일 주차 등록 불가)
